Q. I do not have a credit card but I would like to purchase a package. Are there other payment options?

Q. How long does my account stay active for?

A. Your account is active for 4 months from the date of your event. Please note that photos cannot be uploaded before the date of your event. Your Gift Registry is active as soon as you purchase your package and remains active until your account expires.

Q. How many photos can be uploaded to my online Photo Album?

A. Unlimited amount of photos.

Q. What happens at the end of my 4 month account period?

A. Your photos are transferred to a DVD slide show with backing music of your choice. The DVD is then posted to your mailing address and your accound will be made inactive.

Q. Will I be notified at the end of my 4 month account period?

A. You will be emailed 1 week prior to the expiry of your account. This allows you to ensure you have saved all photos you wish to keep to your hard drive.

Q. I would like to have an image enlarged or printed professionally. Do you offer any printing services?

A. We can arrange to have your photos printed and enlarged professionally. Please call our office 0401 190 122 or email printing@share-your-memories.com

Q. I can not remember my password.

A. Click the "forgotten password" link on the login page. Your password will be emailed to your email address.

Q. It is taking a long time to upload photos to my friend's Album.
